Customer Service Administrator

Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator seeking a fantastic new opportunity If so, this could be the ideal job for you!

We are looking for Customer Service Administrator to work for our Client based in Shelf / Halifax .

This is temporary to permanent position.

Pay rate £11.70 going up after probationary period.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am -4.00pm .

Duties:

• Answering calls and responding to emails

• Data input

• Using Excel

• Scanning

• Booking deliveries with the customer and transport carriers.

• Input of all details and conversations on the CRM system,

• Follow through of any issues to the point of complete customer satisfaction

• Liaison with the manufacturing facility to update on order completion and deliveries to customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of excel

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

• Proficient in data entry and ability to navigate computer systems effectively

• -Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using your own initiative
