We are looking for Customer Service Administrator to work for our Client based in Shelf / Halifax .
This is temporary to permanent position.
Pay rate £11.70 going up after probationary period.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am -4.00pm .
Duties:
Answering calls and responding to emails
Data input
Using Excel
Scanning
Booking deliveries with the customer and transport carriers.
Input of all details and conversations on the CRM system,
Follow through of any issues to the point of complete customer satisfaction
Liaison with the manufacturing facility to update on order completion and deliveries to customers.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of excel
Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Proficient in data entry and ability to navigate computer systems effectively
-Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using your own initiative
