As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be working within the Admin team, supporting them in duties for the operational and office based teams.
Your day to day will include:
* To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and
* distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system.
* Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
* Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
* Engineer uniform orders.
What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Service Administrator is great for you if:
* You have previous administrative experience
* Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
* Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
* Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
