Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Contract: 10-month FTC
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Location: Redditch
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Are you an Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills? Our client based in Redditch is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a 10-month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible. We are looking for a confident individual who can liaise with customers in a courteous and professional manner, who can provide general administrative and office support.

Duties include:

* Perform general administrative duties such as responding to emails, answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
* Liaise with customers to arrange and schedule work, acquire any further information and to resolve any issues.
* Handle information with integrity and professionalism.
* To ensure a direct and clear communication with new and existing clients.
* Complete and update any reports.
* Use company systems to log any problems that clients have reported.
* Make sure that all paperwork and audit trails are completed error-free.
* Assign jobs out to the relevant person required.

Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service and administrative role.
* Confident when speaking to customers on the phone and over email.
* Customer service focused with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Able to organise and prioritise tasks.
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
