Job description
My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on permanent basis
The main functions of the role include
- Processing requests and orders
- To populate the daily Customer requirements and liaising with approved logistic partners to arrange deliveries.
- Managing finished goods stock levels and Aged stocks, utilising forecasts and order history.
- Working closely with the Customer service specialist/planning/ PDM and purchasing team.
- Monitors and reports on customer sales forecasts and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Very good IT skills
- ideally offer some experience as an administrator within a busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels
- Be able to commit to the assignment for the period of time required
The hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and it will require you to work in the office for the 5 days. The salary on offer is from £22,308
