Exciting opportunity for a full time Sales Support Administrator, based in Evesham, with earnings between £23k and £28k per annum. Working hours will be 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
My client is looking for someone to join their ever-growing team in Evesham. You will need to be an effective team player, with strong organisational skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Objective
- Provide support to Key Account Managers on key accounts.
- First point of contact for a selected group of accounts
Description of Duties
- Assist the Key Account Managers with their day to day administrative tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for a selected group of accounts and independently handle all questions and requests related to these accounts
- Develop new products and clients
- Work on quotations and tenders
- Manage sample requests
- Provide support during client visits, trade fairs, and exhibitions
- Extract and compile information from relevant IT systems (JD-Edwards/Tableau/Salesforce).

Competencies and Skills Required
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field would be desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Affinity with food
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Service-oriented and customer-focused
- Able to show resilience when under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is desirable.
