Job Description:
Do you have experience within a sales office? We have the exciting opportunity to join an international organization within their busy sales office. The ideal candidate will have done a Sales Support, international Sales Support or sales administration role. You will be required to followup and chase potential opportunities with new and existing clients with a proactive approach as well being the first point of contact for allocated clients within the business. If you have a technical Sales Support background this would also be beneficial.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations and followup.
- Process through orders checking details carefully.
- Upsell and cross sell where possible to maximise revenue.
- Ensure correct materials are in stock and provide ETA’s accordingly.
- Preferably working within a sales administration or technical Sales Support team previously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Confident when speaking to customer on the phone and over email.
This role is Full Time Monday-Friday office hours. There is an annual bonus based on company performance and salary is dependent on experience.
