The Company:
Our client is well-established manufacturer and distributor of hand-held devices with international operations.

Main Duties:
To manage and develop sales accounts whilst building strong working relationships with clients.

The Role:
- To follow up on incoming enquiries from both new and existing accounts
- To process orders in the system and maintain up to date order information
- To identify and qualify sales leads and follow up appropriately
- To provide accurate and competitive quotations to clients
- To identify opportunities to increase sales via up-selling
- To provide exceptional customer service
- To attend trade shows or exhibitions where necessary

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in Sales Support is essential
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
- Confident, proactive and dynamic personality

The Salary: up to £32,000 p.a. basic + Bonus
