This is a fully office based position
1 Year FTC to start with with high probability to be extended to a permanent position

Salary: around £26,000pa depending on experience

The Company:
Our client is a dynamic European company based in Bromsgrove

The Role:
To process orders from their clients and to liaise / coordinate with the different departments within the German Headquarters.

The Main duties:
Processing orders by telephone, email or directly from the company website
Dealing with quotes and general customer enquiries
Liaising with German head office to get prices for enquiries, get delivery times and solve problems
General duties as required - filing, mailing catalogues, sending samples, etc
Following up on deliveries
Some translation work

The Candidate:
Fluency in German is essential for this role
Ability to work on own initiative & as part of a small team is essential.
Excellent communication / confident telephone manners.
Computer literate
Eager & quick to learn / flexible approach

The Salary: around £26,000pa + Pension and health benefits package after 6 month probation period
