Job Description for German Speaking Sales Support:
We have an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking candidate to join a well established company in the Bromsgrove area. If you thrive in a sales environment and can provide an excellent customer service this could be the ideal next step for you with a very competitive salary and bonus package. The ideal candidate would have experience within a similar role previously. You will be managing a pool of European clients.
Key duties and responsibilities for German Speaking Sales Support:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and prompt manner
- Following up on sales leads and enquiries from new and existing clients.
- Generating new sales leads and enquiries from new target prospects
- Upselling and cross selling to an existing client base.
- Ensure CRM is kept up to date with each step of sales process.
- Keeping price lists and quote templates up to date.
- Process orders ensuring all details are checked carefully.
- Produce and send quotations; follow up quotations following being sent.
- Always providing excellent customer service.
- Building and growing client relationships
Key Skills and Attributes German Speaking Sales Support:
- Experience within a similar role previously must have supported or had a sales role previously.
- Competent on Microsoft Office packages.
- Enjoy working in a small team/company.
- Ability to build rapport and represent excellent customer service ability.
- Adaptable and use initiative to ensure deadlines are met and kept.
- Must be speaking German, other European languages would be a bonus.
Working hours are 37.5 per week with a 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
