Our client, based in Evesham, is currently on the lookout for a diligent and driven individual to fill the role of a Commercial Project Assistant who is fluent in German.
In this position, you will mainly be responsible for assisting with the sourcing of costs for active sales inquiries in collaboration with our Project Managers. You will also provide administrative support for project execution and the integration of new customers. As the main contact for our German-speaking clientele, your language proficiency will be highly valued and used to ensure exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position.
Responsibilities:• Work together with Project Managers and the Purchasing team to source and secure the best prices for items/components.• Aid Project Managers in filling out tender and quoting documents.• Handle the administrative aspects of successful projects, including processing sales orders, liaising with stakeholders, updating records on the company's ERP system(s), and ensuring information is shared with the appropriate internal teams.• Update the PM software, attend project progress meetings, and provide updates to relevant parties as needed.• Oversee the administrative tasks of integrating new customers to Harrison, including planning and updating in the PM software, and completing necessary internal and external documents.• Carry out other duties as assigned by Project Managers.• Meet personal objectives set and agreed upon with your line manager.• Contribute to meetings and activities in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Requirements:• Experience in customer-facing administrative roles.• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.• A minimum of four GCSEs at grade 4 or C, including English and Maths.• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.• A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.• Eager to take on new challenges and dive in.• Ability to multitask with good time and project management skills.• Excellent planning and organisation skills.• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience in using Clickup, Asana, or other similar Project Management software is a plus.
