Customer Services Administrator

In this role you will work closely with the office manager to schedule fitting works and service calls, order goods and supplies, carry out financial administration, and liaise with customers and colleagues.

This role is central to the smooth operation of the business and gives scope for you to make suggestions to improve procedures and introduce efficiencies.

Hours of work are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday plus one Saturday in every four weeks (paid as additional hours).

Haus Installations Limited specialises in the installation of Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Warm Roofs, and Roofline Products. This role includes administration for our smaller sister company Worcester Window Factory Limited. We pride ourselves on first class customer service and quality products, and have many happy HAUS customers around the West Midlands.
