This is a fabulous opportunity to join a very successful family run business that supplies goods nationally. We are seeking a Customer focused and commercially minded individual, to be the key point of contact for their Clients. You will be handling enquiries, providing quotes and processing orders.
The role will involve:
Answering telephone and email enquiries, whilst providing fantastic Customer Service
Processing orders and notifying customers accordingly
providing ongoing communication with Clients regarding delivery dates
Dealing with general enquiries relating to product information and availability
We are seeking someone who:
Can demonstrate strong Customer Service skills and good time management
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Good general Admin skills, including the use of Excel spreadsheets.
