Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Stansted
Salary: £25,000 for 4 days per week
Term: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday
RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced administrator to join their clients' busy Customer Service team. For the right person, there is excellent career progression and great job satisfaction. You will earn a full-time salary for 4 days a week, having Friday off every week. 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and free onsite parking, make this an even more attractive opportunity.
The Role of Customer Service Administrator:
* Manual order entry and fulfilment
* Liaison with export customers and key distribution accounts
* Navigate around internal system (Sage 200)
* Manage customer relationships by promptly responding to queries; ensuring promises are kept with the ability to confidently manage expectations, both Web and manual based orders
* Communicate with other departments and individuals to provide the best possible service
* Maintain a good working relationship with the Logistics and Sales team
* Set up new customer accounts, regularly liaising with credit control
* Basic understanding of the quality systems we have in place
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator:
* Customer Service knowledge, export experience would be advantageous
* Motivated individual who is flexible and keen to learn the business
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident polite and efficient telephone manner
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude and meet daily KPI's
* Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
* Comfortable in being able work alone and/or within a team environment, contributing and sharing best practices, resources and ideas in order to continually improve the customer experience
* Have the ability to work to set standards and procedures
* Sage 200 experience desirable but not essential
* IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE OFFICE
The Package for Customer Service Administrator:
* Salary: £25,000
* Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday
* Pension
* 25 day holiday (excluding bank holidays)
