Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers and couriers politely and quickly.
- Fix problems for customers and answer their questions.
- Work with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Help with office tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- It would help if you were good at talking to people and solving problems.
- Handling Pressure
- Knowing your way around Microsoft Office
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with 5 days in the office.
