Customer Service Advisor - Littlehampton - £ 22,000.00 Permanent £1,000 bonus after probation Working hours Mon - Fri - No weekends - range from 8am - 8pm worked on a shift basis. ( 37 Hrs ) We are recruiting for a client based in Littlehampton who are currently growing their Customer Service department. Life insurance for 10 x salary from commencement These are permanent, office-based Customer Service Advisor roles and some of the duties required will be: Dealing with a large amount of inbound calls Handling general order queries and creating orders Updating CRM systems Making some outbound calls as you will be dealing with the Customer Service inbox To be considered for this role, you will need to have phone based Customer Service experience of any sort and will need to have a resilient personality as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls.
