You will be responsible for assisting valued Private Clients in securing the right insurance coverage to protect their homes, possessions, and more. Your knowledge and expertise in insurance products will be critical in providing tailored solutions to meet each client's individual requirements. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Clients, gaining an understanding of their insurance needs. Analyse and assess client risk profiles, recommending appropriate insurance products and coverage. Provide expert guidance on policy options, terms, and conditions. Generate and process insurance quotes and applications efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage. Handle client inquiries, policy adjustments, and claims with care and professionalism. Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product updates. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all industry standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in insurance, particularly in serving Private Clients, is preferred. Strong knowledge of Private Client Insurance products, including home, contents, and personal liability coverage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office tools.
