Customer Service Adviser
Grade 4, £24,294 up to £27,334 per annum pro rata
37 hours per week, permanent contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Customer Service Adviser. We require a candidate who is committed to providing excellent Customer Service. You will be friendly and diplomatic, with good communication skills and enjoy working with the public.
As part of a dedicated team, working in a highly pressurised environment, you will ensure the delivery of a first class and professional front line service either by telephone or face to face.
You will handle requests which range from receiving visitors to complex enquiries about council services including Housing Benefits and Council Tax.
Experienced within a Customer Service environment and educated to GCSE level or equivalent, you will be an excellent communicator and possess accurate IT skills.
There may be opportunity for home working within this role, once full training, which will be office based is completed.
