Customer Service Advisor
35 hours per week
Salary: £28,000.00

As a small housing association with big goals, we employ just over 50 members of staff and look after over 1600 homes in Croydon, Sutton and Bromley. We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Customer Investment Team.
What you’ll bring to ccha - As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and dealing with queries. We are looking for strong experience in Customer Service, excellent communicating skills at all levels, an individual that can campion excellent Customer Service and can be helpful in every possible way along with confidence to challenge and help to bring about change and improvements.
