Pin Point Recruitment is actively recruiting for an efficient Customer Service Advisor in Avonmouth.
Job Description:
- To work as part of a team to ensure optimum Customer Service.
- To provide delivery information received via telephone and electronic communication within agreed guidelines and parameters.
- Where necessary, pass on queries to other internal departments for updates and resolution, ensuring clear and precise information is provided
- To set and manage realistic expectations with customers
- To manage incoming calls
- To update and monitor various operating platforms
- Ensure a professional image of yourself and the organisation is always portrayed in any interaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Experience/Desirable:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Excellent PC Skills to include Excel
- Transport / Logistics background would be an advantage
- The ability to work with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Articulate & attention to detail are a must
- Passionate about Customer Service excellence
- Customer-focused and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to deliver information accurately
- Able to confidently and succinctly manage the expectations of callers
- Confident, with excellent & listening & communication skills
