This position will involve resolving customer queries in German. This role is located in Bristol City Centre and has a competitive salary as well as many benefits.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor - German Speaker:
Answering and making phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales
Confirming and verifying insurance details that are provided and accurately entering them into the database
Reviewing and responding to insurance documents and miscellaneous correspondence within target timescales
Dealing with high value German speaking clients
Translating documents as necessary
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor - German Speaker:
Must be able to speak German fluently and to a professional standard
Previous experience in a Customer Service
Preferable experience within claims or insurance but not necessary
Excellent telephone manners and Customer Service
Able to use Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Must have organisational and prioritisation skills
