We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service advisor to join our team based at our Glasgow office. During the training and imbedding period you will be full time at our Glasgow site, for the first 6 months. You will then have the opportunity to enjoy hybrid working patterns.
Your Role
You will work with Insurance Brokers or Direct Customers across the UK by underwriting policies, education and e-adoption strategies.
You will contribute to developing a team culture of pace and performance that is centered on enhancing the customer experience and generating financial results.
Highlighting any offshore quality issues, resolving, or escalating issues to ensure consistent standards and hand-offs are delivered.
About You
You will have a genuine desire to help our customers, along with the ability to listen and identify their needs, providing the best solutions, using professionalism and empathy is key.
Your attitude and approach to customers is more important than your experience. However, a background providing great Customer Service, showing an ability to think on your feet and operate with the customer in mind will put you in a great position to be successful with RSA.
