We are looking for ambitious individuals that want to step up their career and begin their journey as a Customer Service Advisor, for a well-known name in the industry. Our client is a specialist Financial Service business with newly renovated offices in Bristol. If you are confident, have previous Customer Service experience, enjoy speaking to people and building long-lasting relationships, this role is perfect!
What you'll be doing
• Continuously supporting customers and brokers where needed.
• Managing incoming phone calls and web chat enquires.
• Working with new customers to manage their mortgage process.
• Liaising with existing customers to maintain their mortgage.
• Ensuring all customer information is kept up to date.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the process.
What you'll need to apply
• A genuinely confident, bubbly, outgoing personality, that enjoys speaking to new people.
• Previous Customer Service, Sales or similar experienced is beneficial.
