What you'll be doing
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to, providing guidance to staff and management.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on legal changes and advising management accordingly.
- Maintain accurate HR records, manage HR databases, and prepare HR reports as required.
- Provide support to the Director of HR.
- Experience working in an education environment as a HR Administrator or HR Advisor.
- CIPD Level 5 or above.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- An enhanced DBS check.
- Salary of up to £33,000 (DOE)
- Full time, 40 hours per week
