Are you an experienced Advisor that delivers great Customer service? As our Customer Service Advisor you will be required to
- Receive telephone calls from customers, dealers and engineers, ensuring all calls are dealt with promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.
- Log customer issues onto the Customer Relationshipsystem, detailing all communication to the customers to ensure our records are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
- Manage, log and process customer payments for on-site Square Terminal payments, raise invoices, collate details and purchase order invoices.
- Develop a rapport with our engineer network and build relationships with the immediate team, internal departments and customers.
Have you got excellent communication, listen and communicate complex production information clearly and concisely?
