About the Role


As a Customer Service Advisor youll:


  • Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether thats saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
  • Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
  • Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do whats right.

Our branch on Sutton High Street is located in a busy City centre location. Sutton is easily accessible, conveniently located to many rail, road and bus links. The branch has a wide demographic of customers, who travel to Sutton, to receive a first class customer experience with the team.

You will be joining a welcoming team that has an excellent mix of experience, from 1 year in role, to over 30 years. Everyone works well together and has the opportunity to bring their own strengths to the team, but at the same time, we are excited to be able to bring in some new skills and experience.

We have recently started a community partnership with FareShare and we have exciting plans to use our paid volunteering leave to support this charity, or you could use this time to support a charity or community group you are passionate about.

This role is available due to career progression, and opportunities are available for personal development and building your career whilst performing your day-to-day duties helping customers.
