Are you a Customer Service Professional that is confident at dealing with complex queries?Have you previously worked in Financial Services within either the Banking, Pensions or Insurance industry?Do you have a passion for making a difference to customers lives?Our client, one of the UK's leading financial institutions are looking for both Full-time and Part-time Customer Service Advisors to join their collaborative team.Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorPay: £23,370- £25,000 DOE (pro-rata for PT)
Duration: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days in the office 3 at home)
Hours: FT-Mon-Fri-35 hours pw or PT-Mon-Fri-16 hours pw
Location: Leeds

You will achieve this by:- Answering inbound calls in a polite a polite, courteous, and timely manner from both direct customers and Independent Financial Advisers.
- Assisting customers with their accounts, updating/changing personal details, organising password resets, helping unlock accounts.
- Advising the client how to add or withdraw funds and providing guidance on our platform.
- Recording customer interactions to ensure an accurate audit trail is available.
- Always striving to provide a solution for each customer.
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?- Experience of working in a call centre environment within financial services experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter.
- Focus on quality and Customer Service.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
