Hotgolf are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team and help support our customers in a polite, efficient way. This is a full time role for which we are looking to recruit as soon as possible.
The main purpose of the position will be to assist customers who contact the business daily either by phone or e-mail to provide general sales and after sales support. It is essential that candidates can demonstrate that they have previous experience in a Customer Service role, managing high call and e-mail volumes in a capable manner. All applicants should also be able to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English, plus a good knowledge of ICT to be able to carry out their daily tasks.
The position requires someone who is quick to learn, preferably with experience communicating via on-line platforms ideally with an understanding of golf products. They should be polite and confident in their approach and able to remain calm under pressure. They should also be methodical and highly organized and support the rest of the team as they implement new processes and procedures.
We are looking for a hard working individual who is reliable, trustworthy and honest and able to work confidently and independently whilst also working well with other staff members, as part of a small team.
