The Company:
A well-established designer and manufacturer who operates across five continents.

Main duties:
To provide excellent business-to-business Customer Service and administrative support.

The Role:
- To create and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To maintain an accurate database with up-to-date client information
- To resolve client’s queries regarding products or services in a timely manner
- To provide product recommendations based on clients’ requirements
- To assist with quotations and sales invoices
- To process orders through the system

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in business-to-business Customer Service
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with skills in Excel

The salary: circa £26,000 per annum
