What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all client enquires. Your role will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will answer customer queries across our client's product range, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently.

What do you need?

Previous experience in an administrative or Customer Service function.
Educated to GCSE level, including passes in English and Maths.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in plain, simple English.
Passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
