Kings Hill full time whilst training
Hybrid thereafter - Likely to be 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm
6 weeks annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays)

This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who is an articulate, IT literate individual who can demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills and a willingness to learn new processes and systems.

The duties for this Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis
- Liaising with both new and existing customers
- Updating change of signatures and change of contacts for customers
- Responding to customer emails
- Updating the in-house CRM
- Providing ad hoc admin support
The closing date for this role is the 18th January 2024 with shortlisted candidates being invited for a face to face interview from around the 25th January 2024 onwards.
