No weekends required.We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive large multi-site automotive accident repair group who are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bristol area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of Customer Service.
Their minimum requirements for a Customer Service Advisor are as follows:
A working experience within a Customer Service Advisor roleThe ability to upsell on service work and service plansCustomer Focused and an excellent communicatorFamiliarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareAs a Customer Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicleProduce Job Cards on in-house computer systemsUpdate Customers and Vehicle RecordsPrepare and complete InvoicesAdvise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completedOther Ad-Hoc Duties as the Customer Service Advisor role requiresFor your hard work as a Customer Service Advisor our client is offering a salary of £26,000.
