Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for a Customer Service Advisorto join their fast-paced team. As aCustomer Service Advisor, you will navigate the complexities of customer inquiries with expertise and precision.

Hours of work are shifted across Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm, and once every three weeks working a Saturday 9am - 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As aCustomer Service Advisor, you will be:

· Communicating with and responding to customers about incidents, events, and requests, demonstrating excellent levels of Customer Service

· Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently

· Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents

· Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making

· Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls

· Providing excellent Customer Service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication

· Supporting the next generation of senior ambassadors to provide excellent Customer Service

WHAT YOU NEED

To be considered for the role ofCustomer Service Advisor, you will need:

· Previous experience in a customer facing role - retail experience or call centre, reception experience etc

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Excellent organisation and time management skills

· The ability to work well under pressure

· A warm and friendly disposition, with the passion to help customers

· The ability to create and develop good rapports with customers
