SalaryOur client is a leading online retailer who is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Crowborough.
The job implies support and assistance within the sales office (order processing, outgoing and incoming phone calls, responding to enquiries) . You will report directly to the Head of Customer Service and you will work extremely close with the external sales team and the Dispatch/Warehouse & Purchasing Department.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent Customer Service skills, is Microsoft Office proficient, feels confident with daily office tasks and basic sales processes and thrives in working as a team. You will possess a great telephone manner, always pay attention to details, be reliable, dedicated, ideally a good decision maker and a problem solver. The willingness to learn is highly appreciated.
The position is an office based job, Monday – Friday from 08:30 – 17:00.

Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls to your direct dial and switchboard when required.
- Dealing with customer enquiries in the sales in–box.
- Processing customers purchase orders and responding to them accordingly.
- Processing customers returns.
- Organising brochure requests.
- Provide strong Customer Service and maintain a healthy relationship with customers.
- Working hard to grow the business and provide excellent Customer Service.
- Ad–Hoc tasks when required.
- Assisting our Sales Representative's on the road with queries and Point of Sale Stock.
