- Monday to Thursday 09:30 to 15:00, Friday 09:00 to 12:30

The Role:
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be:
- Resolving customer delivery enquiries, including liaison with couriers and warehouse where necessary.
- Inputting telephone sales orders and orders received from Area Sales Managers for relevant territories.
- Liaising with customers, production, warehouse/technical departments to confirm or query order details.
- Promoting a team ethos and supporting Customer Service colleagues & Customer Care Manager as/when required.
- Providing basic technical support for customer’s enquiries.
- Coordinating customer quote requests and dealing with customer orders and end user enquiries promptly.
The Candidate:
The ideal Part Time Customer Service Representative will have:
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with a passion for providing the highest level of Customer service.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills – proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Proficiency with SAP and ability to use multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate, with a focus on targets.
The Package:
