One is for a Shift Engineer, and another is for a Working Supervisor / Team Leader of the maintenance team. This role is based in the Midlands whereby ideal locations for engineers to live include Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Walsall, Dudley, Cannock, Lichfield, Coventry and any area within the Midlands. We currently have engineers who travel from across this territory. Great transport link access.
The Opportunity & Requirements:
Working at a highly automated, PLC controlled and modern manufacturing site, you will play a vital role performing fault-finding and repairing production equipment, maintenance and general manufacturing process improvement duties.
Although this site is very much PLC and automation driven, we do not need PLC programming skills. Awareness of PLC's and how they operate would be advantageous however the main experience we need to see is an electrical bias and the proven ability to work in an automated, robotic, mechatronic type manufacturing environment. Full training and personal development on specific technical aspects of the role will be given.

Perfect experience will exist in engineers from the automotive, food / beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical or similar production environments.
