Our client are a leading financial services business who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to provide outstanding service to their customers.
What will you be doing?
* Taking inbound calls from customers and third parties
* Updating customer accounts at their request
* Providing a first time resolution for all calls
* Giving relevant advice and guidance
* Building a strong rapport at all times
What do you need to apply?
* Previous experience within a call centre is required
* Knowledge of financial service is desirable
* Excellent communication skills verbal and written
* Exceptional listening skills
* Confident and happy to work in a busy environment
