Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who has experience dealing with outbound calls and responding to customers enquiries.
We are looking for individuals to join a thriving Customer Service team.

Our client is located in central Bournemouth, offering a beautiful working environment and easy access to the beach for your lunch break!
What you'll be doing:
As part of our team, you will be making high volume outbound calls to support customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
What we're looking for:
The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and take pleasure in building rapport with customers.
Previous experience within a call centre environment would be beneficial and proven experience of outbound calls and following up leads.
Hours and Benefits:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am -6pm
