JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
LOCATION: Gravesend, Kent
SALARY: £11.00 - £12.00 per hour
TERM: Temporary for approx. 2-3 weeks
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm (1 hour lunch break)

The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Answering a high volume of inbound calls
Dealing with customer queries in a friendly and professional manner
Taking detailed messages and passing them to the relevant person
Updating information onto the systemWe'd love to speak to candidates who have:
Proven experience working within a similar role
Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
