Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid Working

As a Customer Service Advisorfor Virgin Media, you'll be supporting people to stay connected. So, if you already have 9 months+ experience in a contact centre or a customer facing role within the telecoms industry, you love talking with people, and believe in providing a first-class customer experience, then you’ve probably already got what it takes to succeed here.

Shift patterns are Monday to Friday from 8am - 8pm (including bank holidays) with occasional weekends.

What’s in it for you?

• A starting salary of £23,535 and an additional £1,000 sign on bonus. There’s also an annual bonus scheme (based on performance)
• Hybrid working – 50% from our Newcastle office and 50% from home. You’ll need to complete up to 7 weeks office-based training though when you start with us.

• Due to the training period, we are unable to accommodate holiday for a 7 week period after the joining date of the 26th June. Do you have any holiday dates for seven weeks after those dates that you would be unable to move? (we can consider you for future start dates if this is an issue)
