Customer Service Advisor

Salary progression to GBP23,318 pa + excellent benefits
Role:
This is based in a department that looks after customers who may need an additional level of support with their accounts, due to account arrears. You will be providing general advice and support by listening and understanding the customers' needs to help find individual solutions. The role is challenging, but this is an opportunity to have a significant impact on improving our customers circumstances.
To be successful in this role, you do not need to have contact centre or even Customer Service experience. However, you will have:
- Good communication skills.
- Great listening skills and an empathetic nature.
- Have previous Customer Service experience.
- Be available to start on 5th February 2024.
You will work an average of 37hours per week, with shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays. Monday to Friday operating hours are between 8am - 8pm; Saturdays 8am - 4pm; and Sundays 10am - 4pm.
