Charity in Grantham is looking for a HR Advisor for a 12-month FTC maternity cover.
Your new role
You will be a strong generalist with extensive knowledge of employment law and be able to support and guide managers on all aspects of disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, changes to terms and conditions of employment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally, CIPD Level 3 or above.
- Strong ER experience
What you'll get in return
- 2 days in the office, 3 at home
- 25 days annual leave
- 39 hour week
