Our client based in the Louth Area LN11 Area are looking for a HR Advisor,stand as the Uk's premier producer of recycled polymer, pioneering inventive solutions to address the complexities of plastic management, striving for a cleaner, more sustainable future.

We are looking for a dedicated, pro-active individual who is happy to think outside of the box and help the company achieve the goals they have in place.
As a HR Advisor your roles & responsibilities would be:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the recruitment process including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including objective setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Support the delivery of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- The role needs some who is willing to learn the Payroll systems to cover holiday and absences.
What skills and Expertise do you require?
- Part/Full CIPD qualified
- Proven experience working in an HR advisory role, preferably within a similar manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Payroll experience would be desirable but training can be provided
