Brightwork along with our well established client in Motherwell are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisors on an ongoing temporary basis to support their team during a peak period for the business.
Working within their busy Customer Support team on both a full and part time basis with shifts available covering day/evening, night shift and also part time weekends shifts.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working within an interesting team and reputable organisation.
Duties will include:
- Handling team mailbox and calls - resolving issues and reporting escalated account problems.
- Log information and data accurately onto the internal databases and systems
- Work closely with external contacts and departments to ensure completion of issues
- Administer back office support for the team where required
The successful candidates will:
- Have experience working ideally within a Customer Service environment previously.
- Be confident working with all MS Office packages
- Have great communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently!
- Ideally have an ECDL or similar level of IT skills.
