About our client
Our client is a leading company in the automotive industry and currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/switchboard operator to join their offices in Eurocentral.
Your Role
Based in Eurocentral, the Customer Service Advisor will be:
* Responsible for routing calls through to the correct department
* Act as a receptionist/switchboard
* Customer Service Advisor position is temp to perm for the ideal candidate
Skills Required
* You will have to be able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone
* Helpful and well-mannered nature
* Excellent listening skills
* Good work ethic
* Attentive
* reception or Customer Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential)
Hours
* Full-time, 40hrs a week
* Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Salary
* £10.42 per hour
