So, as the Customer services advisor you will be answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their enquiries
Working on a 4 day on and 4 day off basis (44 hours in an 8 day period) (The buses do NOT run early enough so you will not be able to get a bus there)
- You will be working in an open plan office speaking with customers and updating the inhouse system
- Arranging engineers and third party suppliers to attend breakdown and repairs
- Dealing with Suppliers and internal teams to ensure that the customers enquiries are resolved
- Ensuring all warranty items are issued to correct suppliers within reasonable timescales.
- Making accurate frontline decisions within a timely manner, ensuring correct placement of vehicles whilst maintaining cost controls.
- Responsible for the movements of broken-down vehicles and replacement vehicles (spares) to cover within KPI and SLA time frames.
- Chasing Suppliers on the timely completion of jobs, keeping VOR within KPI.
- Previous working experience within a customer orientated, service environment, retail environment or hospitality or the automotive / fleet industry
- Experience of working in a Customer services centre or contact / call centre.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts would be an advantage.
- Great attention to detail and good Customer services skills
