Salary JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
JOB TYPE: 1 year Maternity cover contract
JOB HOURS: 9 - 5.30 with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday
JOB LOCATION: Peterborough city centre. PLEASE NOTE there is no free parking
JOB SALARY: £23850 per year (currently being reviewed)
JOB HOLIDAYS: 25 days + 8 bank holidays

Your new company
Our client is one of the world's best at what they do - highly renowned and respected. This team has been expanding consistently since it was set up a few years ago and we've very pleased to be asked to help them find someone to join the team to cover a maternity leave for the next 12 months.
Your new role
Your job will be to answer incoming calls from property tenants to report issues and arrange repairs. You'll also be responsible for helping to plan proactive maintenance and servicing. You'll keep an eye on your properties to make sure that any important certificates are renewed and updated when necessary. All of this will need to be recorded on the database so you'll process paperwork, adding notes as you go along and upload any externally produced documents to make sure all information is in the same place and easily accessible by you and your colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in the property sector will see your application fast-tracked to our client.
Otherwise, we're looking for someone with
- Excellent and clear communication skills (spoken and written)
- Great interpersonal skills - a real people person
- 100% attention to detail both in information management and hitting deadlines & SLAs
- A warm and professional character, so you'll fit right in with the rest of the team
