*Customer Service Representative - Utilities *

*Location: Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park - Hybrid working dependent on business demand (after initial training period) *

*The Role:*
Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent Customer Service via inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will be handling complaints, troubleshooting and logging faults to enable tracking of resolutions.
*You:*
You will have previous experience in a customer facing role where you have used your passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service. You will have worked in a similar role across any industry. Key is YOU and your ability to find resolutions for our customers. We are looking for confident individuals who are keen to develop their career.
You will also need to be adaptable to change and receptive to learning and confident in using and navigating multiple programs and tools.
