This leading company have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. This position would suit someone who has worked within a Customer Service environment, someone who enjoys speaking with customers over the phone, as well as someone who wants to work as part of a great team environment. This position is an office based role, so someone who is happy to be based within the office, and lives within a commutable distance to Borehamwood.
Salary - £23,000
Office Based
Shift patterns between 8am - 7pm with rotational Saturdays (1 in 3/4) 9am - 1pm
Some of the duties will include:
- Responding to to inbound enquiries
- Handling queries over the phone, as well as Live Chat and email
- Processing applications
- Processing member renewals
- Processing and investigating misapplied payments and invoicing issues
- Supporting other departments during busy periods
- Spotting opportunities to cross sell where appropriate
- Working well as part of a team
- General administration as required
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within Customer Service
- Experience of working across multiple channels in a Customer Service environment
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Great team player
- Local to the Borehamwood area
- Happy to be office based
- Good organisational skills
- Flexible to work different shift patterns between 8am-7pm Monday - Friday
- Flexible to work 1 in 3/4 Saturdays 9-1
