Salary- Job Title:Home Claims Triage Handler - Call Handler first point of contact
- Pay Rate:£13.14 per hour
- Duration:Initially 3 Months with the possibility of being extended
- Working Pattern/Hours: Monday to Friday between 9-5 or 8 to 4, a late shift 12-8pm will be included/ week and every 7 weeks must be available to work over the weekend

Day to Day
- These roles are similar to a switchboard - you will be responsible for directing inbound calls to the correct area of the business - enhancing the customers experience and saving valuable customers from a long or unnecessary wait, improving customer satisfaction
- A busy call centre which will see approximately 100. 2 minute calls coming through each day. You must be enthusiastic and ready to speak on the telephone for the majority of your shift!
What we'd like from you
- Recent Customer Service experience, transferable skills or examples of your Customer Service skill set
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English language
- IT and computer usage confidence
- Empathetic & Understanding nature to enhance the customers satisfaction
