We are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor for around 3 months to cover our busy Summer period.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve working with customer queries, interpreting their needs and delivering exceptional Customer Service experience throughout. You will work as part of a large team, benefiting from structured training and induction with all necessary equipment provided.
What you’ll need to do:-
- Provide high quality Customer Service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, helping to resolve customer queries
- A focus on attention to detail and data accuracy
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Services team to deliver excellent back office service
What we’ll need from you:-
- Experience in a Customer Service environment
- A passion for customer satisfaction
- A willingness to learn
- Excellent computer literacy
- Ability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
